Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any services offered by Clara Moisello (“I”, “me”, “my”), including workshops, training programs, coaching sessions, and organizational engagements.

By accessing this website or engaging in services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

I offer:

  • Online and in-person workshops

  • Organizational training and consulting

  • 1:1 coaching sessions

Some services may be delivered in collaboration with third-party organizations. In those cases, additional terms from those organizations may apply.

3. Payments

Payments may be processed through Stripe, invoicing, or third-party platforms depending on the service.

  • Individual sessions are typically paid upon booking

  • Organizational engagements may follow separate agreements and payment methods (e.g. bank transfer, check)

  • When services are booked through partner organizations, their payment systems and policies apply

You are responsible for any transaction fees associated with your payment method.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Workshops

  • Full refund (minus payment processing fees) is available up to 7 days before the start of the workshop

  • 50% refund is available up to 48 hours before the start

  • No refunds are offered within 48 hours of the workshop start or once the workshop has begun.

That said, I value open communication and may, in some cases, offer partial credit toward a future program or consider exceptions.

1:1 Coaching

  • Sessions are non-refundable once booked

  • Sessions are typically paid in advance at the time of booking

  • In some cases, sessions may be invoiced on the day of the session and are due upon receipt

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

Organizational Engagements

  • Cancellation and payment terms are defined case by case and agreed upon in writing

5. Participation & Conduct

By participating in sessions or programs, you agree to engage respectfully with others.

I reserve the right to remove participants from a session or program if behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to the group.

6. Nature of Services

My work is educational and skill-based  in nature.

It is not therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment, and is not a substitute for professional healthcare or psychological support.

Participation may involve emotional exploration. You are responsible for your own well-being and for seeking additional support if needed.

7. Recordings

Some online sessions may be recorded.

  • Recordings are shared only with participants of the program.

  • Participants’ images, voices, or contributions will not be used publicly without prior consent.

  • I may use excerpts featuring only my own image or voice for educational or outreach purposes.

If a session is to be recorded or used in a way that differs from the above, this will be clearly communicated in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials shared during sessions or on this website are my intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

By engaging in my services, you agree that I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in my services or use of this website and you agree to hold me harmless from any claims resulting from them.

While I aim to provide meaningful and supportive experiences, I do not guarantee specific outcomes.

10. Third-Party Services

I am not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services or organizations involved in delivering programs.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and New York.
